Kristi Heidel

As an investigator, Krisi resolves allegations of misconduct brought against University students, staff, and faculty. Kristi thoroughly investigates each allegation of misconduct in order to maintain the integrity of the University by providing a fair and objective response. 

Prior to joining Pitt, Kristi served as an Investigator with the City of Pittsburgh Office of Municipal Investigations, where she was a member of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police and City-Wide Domestic Violence Review boards. Previously, Kristi was a certified legal intern with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the Juvenile Court Project, a judicial law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, and a partial hospitalization therapist at Cove Forge Behavioral Health. Kristi was an Allegheny County Bar Foundation Summer Fellow in 2016 and was Greenfield Community's Person of the Year in 2021.
