Ericha Geppert

As Compliance Program Manager, Ericha is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and monitoring university-wide compliance obligations, monitoring new and existing regulations and guidelines, and providing assistance in responding to internal and external reviews and investigations. 

Prior to joining Pitt, Ericha worked as the Senior Child Protection Operations Specialist at Carnegie Mellon University, where she maintained the processes and procedures that ensured university functions involving children were conducted in compliance with university policy and the Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law.
